We design and manufacture transformers with "custom specifications" for each customer.
The winding is reinforced with glass fiber, and after setting it in a mold, it is produced using the "mold method vacuum impregnation method," where epoxy resin is impregnated while "vacuuming." The epoxy resin is endowed with self-extinguishing properties, so there is no concern about combustion, secondary fires, or explosions. The epoxy resin is a low-viscosity type that does not contain fillers such as silica. Therefore, the resin penetrates even into the interior of the winding. Due to the vacuuming process, no air bubbles enter the resin, making it a highly reliable insulation method with no concern for partial discharge (corona) that could arise from this. The winding has a monolithic molded structure, making it resistant to moisture and preventing moisture absorption. The glass fiber-reinforced winding has excellent mechanical strength, allowing it to withstand stress during voltage switching.
